HEART AND EMOTIONS…Winnegrad

“One sees clearly with the heart. Anything essential is invisible to the eyes,” from The Little Prince. The HEART is connected directly to the EMOTIONS in the limbic system, in the brain. There is no thought process as in the cortex, it is an instant reaction.

Lawrence Anthony was a South African conservationist, known as the Elephant Whisperer. He rescued a herd of nine highly dangerous rogue Elephants destined to be shot. He said, “they were very scared and were delinquents every one of them.” He placed them on a reserve miles from his house. He decided to treat them as errant children and spoke to them through words and gestures; that they should behave better, that they could trust him. He concentrated on the female leader. He was hoping the leader would understand his tone of voice and body language.  He succeeded.  The day after Lawrence had died, two herds Of Elephants walked 12 hours through the brush to his house. The former rogue Elephants destined to be shot, saved by Lawrence stayed at the house for two days to say farewell to the man they LOVED.

The circle of life says that when one gives out LOVE and compassion it comes back to you much stronger. A SMILE IS ENOUGH, A COMPLIMENT IS ENOUGH, AN ACCEPTANCE IS ENOUGH, A SMALL TEDDY BEAR IS ENOUGH TO START THE CIRCLE.

ALWAYS TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, ALWAYS STAY HEALTHY. HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.

  1. May we tap into heart energy every opportunity we have. To help and support our fellow spirits. Reminding them that they are not alone and authentic connection is possible. Love you Dad. Stay well.
