To appreciate ALL HUMANS we must be tolerant of HUMAN SHORTCOMINGS. Each of us engage in our own foolishness at some point in our life. We all make mistakes. To recognize the universality of HUMAN SHORTCOMINGS, we should put aside our biases. Such unwillingness to face reality is a form of close-mindedness, one can not learn the facts until one is ready to receive the facts. Sometimes enlightenment, or the facts, can be bothersome.

A knowledgeable person cultivates traits of KINDNESS, COMPASSION and UNDERSTANDING. This person is able to put themselves in the other person’s place and show APPROVAL. We should not punish ourselves for our own foolishness and our own shortcomings, but rather forgive ourselves and try to do better in the future. We also should see the good in others, SHOW APPROVAL EVEN WITH THEIR HUMAN SHORTCOMINGS.

If one is reserved and nonjudgmental they are equipped to see the good in others. Others will respond in kind and assume the character of APPROVAL. Yes, it sometimes can be hurtful when you receive someone’s SHORTCOMINGS, but try to look at it as a HUMAN MISTAKE. Forgiveness is not hurtful. IF THE PERSON’S SHORTCOMINGS ARE A CONSTANT PATTERN, THEN THAT IS SOMEONE THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED.

TO SHOW APPROVAL OF HUMAN SHORTCOMINGS, A MISTAKE FROM TIME TO TIME, IS KIND. IT SHOWS VIRTUE, COMPASSION, UNDERSTANDING OF ANOTHER. JUST BEING A DECENT HUMAN.
