There is much FEAR OF THE FUTURE, because one does not have any idea what it holds. It has been found that HAPPINESS can improve physical health and well-being. It has been found, in 2008, that roughly 40% of our HAPPINESS is genetically determined. That leaves 60% of our HAPPINESS in our control. Fulfilling our basic psychological needs through independence, enough wealth and social connection contributes to HAPPINESS. We then have more control over meeting those needs. 

Negative feelings can be denied by using the proven tools of positive psychology. This method significantly decreased depression and improved optimism. The end result being a greater sense of emotional and physical well-being. Some of us think, that if I feel better I’d be HAPPIER. But if we raise our HAPPINNESS first, we can feel better and be more successful. The 5 HABITS OF HAPPINESS is necessary. Doing these 5 HABITS every day for three weeks, the average time to develop a HABIT, the brain is then rewired for optimism. Which will bring to us health and HAPPINESS.

The 5 HABITS;

  1. Three Gratitudes; Every day make a list of three new things you are grateful for.
  2. Two minute journal;  Take two minutes to write about a positive experience.
  3. Fifteen minutes of fun; Take 15 minutes each day for fun. Like a walk amongst the trees.
  4. Meditate; Meditate for two minutes a day. Focus only on the breath.
  5. Reach out; Write a 2 minute positive email praising someone in your social circle each day.

These 5 HABITS will assist you in eliminating your FEAR OF THE FUTURE. Enjoy your healthy HAPPY future. SMILE
