The FEAR is usually far worse than what actually happens. When anxious thoughts become overwhelming, when negativity becomes harassing, then all perspective is thrown out the window. The belief in the Creator can help bring back to you a better perspective. This will help bring back to you, your WISDOM and comfort. You can be touched in the HEART by the Creator through another person, a song, a movie or a book. Usually the FEAR of misfortune and ruin is far worse than what is the  end result. When your self-judgement gets to a self-scolding, that is a very hard habit to break. Again it is necessary to talk to the Creator, so that will not occur.

We have to be free of our self-judgement. Free from comparing ourselves to others. Free from the well-meaning judgment of family and friends. The Creator is the only judge of our souls and He always promises compassion. Hopelessness does not solve the problem, it compounds it. Sadness, heartache and need will always be with us. We also need LOVE, KINDNESS and EMPATHY to fill the air also. Having this feeling of LOVE from another person we definitely will feel the LOVE of the Creator.

There’s an elderly woman that I know, that is about to turn 100 years old, she is called “MA” by all. She always lets me know, when I wallow in self-pity, that the Creator is with me and to have faith. She says it with such a soft, firm voice it hurts more than being hit with a club. “MA” is a woman of WISDOM, a true blessing to be with. Thanks “MA.”
