Here is ANOTHER WAY to reduce stress, anxiety, confusion in the mind and also having a lack of focus. Say out loud FIVE THINGS YOU SEE RIGHT NOW. Then say out loud FOUR THINGS YOU HEAR RIGHT NOW. Then say out loud THREE THINGS YOU CAN TOUCH RIGHT NOW. Then say out loud TWO THINGS YOU CAN SMELL RIGHT NOW. Then say out loud ONE THING YOU LIKE RIGHT NOW. Then take a deep breath for a quick count of four. Hold the breath for a quick count of four. Then exhale for a quick count of eight. Do the breathing part for five minutes. It is not necessary to do the count for the five minutes. The initial count is to capture the rhythm of the breathing.

This is a very simple process to open up the mind to achieve a simple way to gain the focus of the brain from distractions. It will only take about seven minutes of your time. It also is refreshing to think of the FOUR SENSES. Doing that while you are sitting in the house or being outside is a wonderful remedy for the brain clutter. JUST ANOTHER WAY.
