FIRST FRIDAY IN OCTOBER…Winnegrad

The FIRST FRIDAY IN OCTOBER every year is, “WORLD SMILE DAY.” So to prepare for the DAY it would be good to be aware of some facts of SMILING. It has been found that SMILING triggers the brain to release “feel-good” neurons which boost happiness, lower stress and stabilize one’s mood. Another study has been done where those that SMILE and make eye contact with others were considered more attractive than those that didn’t. SMILING IS TRULY CONTAGIOUS.

SMILING can trick the brain into happiness. It is believed that SMILING could prolong one’s life. Forcing a fake SMILE can reduce stress and lower blood pressure, it has been found. SO FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT. The brain is a sucker for a GRIN, so lower that blood pressure and heart rate.

It has been found that if something occurs stressful one should SMILE for 15 seconds while visualizing a pleasant scene. One’s perspective can quickly be changed. A SMILE definitely opens doors and hearts. SMILE in the morning when you wake up, whenever a problem arises and when you go to sleep. It has been also found that to SMILE, takes less muscle energy than when one frowns. START PRACTICING FOR “WORLD SMILE DAY.” SMILE AND ENJOY A LONGER LIFE.

TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, STAY HEALTHY. HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.
