MULTITASKING GINGER…A. Pattillo, Winnegrad

                                     

GINGER can be helpful for addressing certain symptoms, especially pain and nausea. GINGER for many, many years has also been used to address a multitude of issues such as; colds, joint pain, headaches, stomach problems, muscle soreness and fatigue.

Ginger contains over 400 chemical compounds. Two of those ingredients are very powerful in controlling stomach nausea. Those two chemicals control the gut and brain so nausea does not take effect. The GINGER even controls chemotherapy nausea by cutting down the intensity of that nausea.

Research has shown that GINGER can help reduce the inflammation that drives pain. The data also shows that GINGER is particularly effective for knee pain. GINGER is known to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which keep cells healthy and support the immune system. GINGER may also improve blood pressure. GINGER also contains much fiber.
