Focus on today, the past can’t change what is to come. The work that you do each and every day is the only true way to improve and prepare yourself for what is to come. You can’t change the past, and you can influence the future only by what you do today.

Avoid anger, hatred and animosity within you. They take up room in your heart, it takes up time in your life and it takes up space in your mind. Let it go. Do not hold a grudge. Let others hate and be hurt. Do not do it to yourself. Remember Mother Theresa’s statement; “Forgiveness will set you free.”
