When it is our BIRTHDAY, it has a special meaning for us. We have great satisfaction for the whole day. We live every minute of that special day. We do not think of yesterday or tomorrow, we concentrate on that day, that day only. This should be a very strong positive lesson for us. Many of us spend much time on the mistakes we made yesterday, the past. We worry and sometimes fear the future. Obviously this is not a healthy way to live. We have to learn to be in the present and only the present.

Every morning when we wake up we should treat that day as our BIRTHDAY. ALL THE TIME is our BIRTHDAY. Treating the present day as our BIRTHDAY, we then focus on that day and not the past or the future. Being in the present ALL THE TIME will enable us to have less stress and more enjoyment.

One BIRTHDAY present you will receive ALL THE TIME will be an internal smile from the heart. Do not think of this as being weird advice, having a BIRTHDAY ALL THE TIME. It is not, waking up every morning is like being born every day. So accept this wonderful feeling of being born every day. THAT IS LIVING IN THE PRESENT.
