A MIND AT PEACE…Winnegrad

MINDFULNESS—the practice of using deep breathing, similar to those in meditation, to gain FOCUS AND REDUCE DISTRACTION. There are some people that believe MINDFULNESS makes you soft. No, it brings you to FOCUS AND PEACE.

It has been shown that a month long training regimen that included daily practice in MINDFUL BREATHING bringing FOCUS enabled one to discover key information under chaotic circumstances, increasing working memory and making fewer cognitive errors.

Tests have revealed that MINDFULNESS allows people to perform better and have them less likely to overreact to incoming stimulation. The neuroscience of MINDFULNESS involves, in part, strengthening a part of mental capacity known as “working memory” a short term, catalog of tasks. As “working memory” clouds up, the breathing induced FOCUS lets people home in on the task at hand.

Recent study has shown that this takes practice. It has been shown that those who train for four weeks, 15 minutes a day, experience significant improvement. FOCUS becomes a transferable skill. The technique should be used also whenever you are faced with STRESS. This MINDFUL breathing is useful for young students in school. Deep breathing for 15 minutes before homework is started is a benefit. FOCUS is achieved.

The amount of brain power it frees by not being trapped in the past or the future is incredible. This technique allows one to be more faithful to compassionate and humane principles as possible. PEACEFULNESS is achieved through MINDFULNESS.

PEACE TAKES A LOT OF HARD WORK. UNDERSTANDING HOW COMPASSION, EMPATHY, BEING IN THE PRESENT MOMENT CAN BE USED FOR REAL ADVANTAGE AND WILL ALWAYS BRING A PEACE OF MIND.

TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, ALWAYS STAY HEALTHY. HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.
