When we feel un-fulfilled or lonely we tend to self-destroy. Remember an emotion not only impacts our mental health but also our physical health, especially our hearts. GUILT says; you made a mistake. SHAME says; you are the mistake. COMPASSION says; your mistake does not define you. ACCEPTANCE says; you will learn from your mistake. The choices are there and very clear, we must take full responsibility of our choices. COMPASSION AND ACCEPTANCE are the narrow and difficult paths to walk. GUILT AND SHAME are the wide open easy paths to walk. We must always choose carefully and wisely which path to walk.
Taking ownership, PROPERLY, of ourselves we will then not lose sight of who we are. We can always experience our emotions, but do not allow oneself to be overpowered or controlled by the emotions. By doing so, we establish a healthy connection to our bodies. Decluttering our physical and mental environment will give us more ease in seeing meaning and purpose in life. SELECT THE RIGHT CHOICE WITH ACCEPTANCE AND COMPASSION, AND THERE WILL BE NO PAIN OR WORRY MOVING FORWARD.
