BE AS A TREE IS TO BE HUMAN…Katherine May, Winnegrad

As a TREE, we also have seasons where we flourish and seasons where we lose our leaves. Given time the leaves grow again. This is called WINTERING, when we lose our leaves. WINTERING is the season for tending to the inner garden of the SOUL, that is when we humans should self-reflect and remedy our SOULS and goals. The quiet WISDOM of the tree is of great importance to our SOULS and wellbeing.

WINTERING gives us the opportunity to self-reflect and LEARN. It is a time for self-reflection, growth, maturity and renewal. WISDOM is eventually obtained through WINTERING. Then it is your responsibility to pass on what you have LEARNED. Listen to others about their WINTERING, doing so there is an exchange of KNOWLEDGE. EVERY GOOD OUTCOME IN LIFE COMES FROM COLLABORATION.

Through the WINTERING  the MIND and SOUL can heal as does the TREE. This is a home coming to our strength. We are not invincible. But how we garden the WINTERS of the SOUL, we find the summer of our strength and the bloom of our fragile aliveness. We must listen to the CLARITY OF THE SOUL through WINTERING. Accept and feel sadness and difficulty. It is COURAGEOUS to listen to it and commit to healing as a TREE, through WINTERING.

Difficulty is a skill to master. This can be achieved through WINTERING AS A TREE. LOSING OUR LEAVES, GIVES US THE OPPORTUNITY TO REFLECT, EXAMINE OUR DESIRES AND GOALS AND RENEW OUR LEAVES. THIS IS ALL CYCLICAL, NOTHING IS THE END. IT IS TIME TO RENEW THROUGH WINTERING, AS A TREE.

TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, STAY HEALTHY.
