In a post six years ago I wrote about everyone has TWO WOLVES INSIDE THEMSELVES. I would like to explain more about how that concept can HELP OUR FEELINGS. There is a constant battle inside everyone between the TWO WOLVES.
ONE IS EVIL; he is anger, envy, self-doubt, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false-pride and ego. THE OTHER IS GOOD; he is faith, truth, joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness, empathy, generosity, and compassion. This continuous fight goes on between the TWO WOLVES inside everyone. It was said that the WOLF that wins is the one you constantly feed.
The EVIL WOLF encourages the easy way out. The GOOD WOLF needs to be fed nonstop through discipline, motivation and determination, all of which takes COURAGE. Everyone is in control of which WOLF to feed. We have to take ownership of our feelings and not surrender our power to the EVIL WOLF. Negative feelings about one-self will clog one’s thoughts. Constantly feed the GOOD WOLF by ALWAYS PAYING ATTENTION TO IT. Listening to the EVIL WOLF can bring us to feeding it.
We have the tools to be always at peace with oneself and be happy. ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION TO THE GOOD WOLF. NOW and FOREVER KEEP IN MIND THE TWO WOLVES STORY WHEN FACED WITH PROBLEMS, STRESS, ANXIETY. THE GOOD WOLF WILL ALWAYS KEEP YOU ON THE RIGHT PATH. THIS IS SELF-IMPROVEMENT.
