TAKE SMALL STEPS…Winnegrad

There are many people that constantly try to perfect themselves to avoid their feeling of being unworthy. We are too judgmental on ourselves. We have to adjust ourselves on how we think. In a way we have to accept ourselves as we are. Acceptance of ourselves is key to our progress. Accepting ourselves as we are, we can then work on just BEING BETTER TODAY THAN YESTERDAY. To achieve that, just LEARN ONE NEW THING TODAY. The satisfaction felt is pure JOY.

A SMALL STEP is easier to do than looking at a goal that is so far in the distance. By improving day by day we achieve a STEP in the direction we wish for. It is not necessary to achieve perfection but it is satisfaction to STEP toward it. Just BE BETTER TODAY THAN YOU WERE YESTERDAY.

The satisfaction is the ONE STEP toward EXCELLENCE, not achieving the goal of EXCELLENCE. Accept yourself as you are, as you take a STEP closer. Destructive thinking or not accepting one-self is basically a lazy way to be. It gives one an excuse to lack ambition. Looking at the goal of EXCELLENCE is not easy to achieve. BEING BETTER TODAY THAN YESTERDAY is a constant achievable goal. THE SEARCH OF EXCELLENCE should not be a consideration. Learning something today that you did not know yesterday is a goal that is manageable.

SO LEARN SOMETHING NEW TODAY THAT YOU DID NOT KNOW YESTERDAY AND ENJOY THE REVELATION OF TRUTH.

TAKE CARE, ALWAYS STAY WELL, ALWAYS STAY HEALTHY. HAVE FAITH.
