Having THOUGHTS that cover the area of; I am not good enough, I am not worth it, I can’t achieve that, what can one do when these NEGATIVE THOUGHTS enter the mind. Bruce Lee had a comment that could address such NEGATIVE worries; “The mind is like a fertile garden, it will grow anything you wish to plant—beautiful flowers or weeds. And so it is with successful healthy thoughts or with NEGATIVE ones that will, like weeds, strangle and crowd the others. Do not allow NEGATIVE THOUGHTS to enter your mind for they are the weeds that strangle CONFIDENCE.”

NEGATIVE THOUGHTS are overpowering if they are encouraged by oneself. One must believe that they can, rather than they can’t. Bruce Lee’s way of ridding NEGATIVE THOUGHTS is by visualizing the THOUGHT written on a piece of paper. Then one mentally lights the paper on fire and visualize the paper burning to a crisp. The NEGATIVE THOUGHT is destroyed, never to enter the mind again.

Stand tall and the NEGATIVE weeds are not able to enter the mind, what is able to enter the mind are the beautiful trees and tall flowers. Remember a weed is a noxious plant, an uncultivated plant.  So no one wants an uncultivated THOUGHT. Be weedless, stand tall.
