VULNERABLE is considered to be UNPROTECTED, EXPOSED and DEFENSELESS. But not allowing yourself to be in that situation of VULNERABILITY, you will avoid taking risks. If you do not take a risk you avoid failure. When you avoid failure you also lose the opportunity to learn something. THE POWER IN BEING VULNERABLE IS THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN SOMETHING NEW.

 Not being VULNERABLE you avoid the process of ASSISTING others to achieve success and accomplishment, for fear of someone else impressing the “higher-ups” rather than you. When you ASSIST others there is a cooperative effort. From a cooperation with others you attain knowledge as well. From knowledge comes WISDOM. THE POWER IN BEING VULNERABLE IS THE OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN WISDOM.

Not being VULNERABLE you avoid being a leader for fear of negative criticism. As A. Wambach says; “A leader is not a title that the world gives to you— it is an offering that you give to the world.” With the POWERS OF LEARNING NEW THINGS, GAINING WISDOM you can go forward with the relationships you develop, you can guide their hearts in doing beneficial things. THE POWER IN BEING VULNERABLE IS MOLDING OTHER PEOPLES FUTURES. THAT IS BEING A LEADER.

BEING VULNERABLE HAS THE POWER TO CHANGE THE WAY YOU SHOW UP AT WORK. Be GRATEFUL for what you have and what you can offer to others. BEING VULNERABLE IS NOT BAD, IT IS A BLESSING TO FOLLOW THAT PATH.

REMEMBER THE POWER IN BEING VULNERABLE. BE GRATEFUL FOR THAT.
