Go calmly among the noise, haste and remember what peace there may be in silence. As much as possible without surrender be on good terms with everyone. Speak the truth to all always, and listen to all, even those that have a different perspective than yours.

Avoid the loud, aggressive people, they can annoy ones soul or feelings. Avoid comparing yourself to others for the ego will take over. Be grateful for the achievements you have acquired. Be yourself always, never fake affection for another. Never be an unbeliever about LOVE, it is permanent as the grass. Let us all be as one family united in LOVE.

Always be gentle with yourself. Do not let the imagination distress you, many fears are born out of fatigue or loneliness. Nurture the spirit. We all are children of the universe, equal to the trees and stars. Therefore, be at peace with the Creator and keep peace within your soul.
