LOOK AT RISK TAKING…Winnegrad

RISK TAKING uses different parts of the brain. When taking a RISK there are two important questions to ask yourself. 1.What is the worst that can happen? 2. What is the best that can happen? Just follow your feelings. If it is logical you will feel it in your heart, that is your intuition.

Taking a RISK is embracing the unknown. We should sometimes step out of our comfort zone, otherwise we will not grow intellectually. With taking A RISK we build flexibility in the brain and prevent decline of one’s knowledge. The building up of flexibility, of the brain, leads to a self-confidence and therefore encourages curiosity. That then develops a sharper brain.

Overcoming the fear of RISK TAKING is just a process of logical reasoning. Again, it requires one to reframe the question of fear by asking; WHAT CAN I LOSE?— WHAT CAN I GAIN? Remember emotions come and go, TAP INTO YOUR WISDOM.

The definition for RISK is; danger and hazard. Also the definition for RISK is; opportunity and chance. SO ABSOLUTELY LOOK AT WHAT YOU CAN GAIN AND WHAT CAN YOU LOSE.

TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, STAY HEALTHY. HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.
