It is difficult sometimes to EXPRESS into words your EMOTIONS, EMPATHY and LOVE to others. The definition for INEXPRESSIBLE is; unspeakable, indefinable, indescribable. Some people EXPRESS themselves through giving flowers, candy and gifts. There are those that EXPRESS THE INEXPRESSIBLE by EXPRESSING their feelings by creating a painting, a poem, a story, a fragrance. EMOTIONS, the five senses and MEMORY are found in the limbic system of the brain. Words are found in the cortex, the newer part of the brain. This is why it is difficult to EXPRESS your EMOTIONS with words, they are in two different places. When you develop something for the benefit of everyone then you are EXPRESSING THE INEXPRESSIBLE, without words, and fundamentally showing your LOVE for ALL.
EXPRESS THE INEXPRESSIBLE with showing your concern, your EMPATHY for others by assisting them in their efforts to improve their lives. Sometimes by listening to another, really listening with both ears will EXPRESS THE INEXPRESSIBLE, without words, as you show your interest and concern for their wellbeing. Sometimes words are not necessary, actions can help EXPRESS THE INEXPRESSIBLE. Be attentive to another’s concern or worry. Then you are EXPRESSING THE INEXPRESSIBLE by showing you are taking an interest in another’s wellbeing.
LOVE is an unshakeable foundation not only for the precious people close to us. It should be shared with every HUMAN BEING. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE PEACE WHEN LOVE IS THE FOUNDATION. Words are sometimes difficult to convey your deepest feelings for another HUMAN. Just be there, just demonstrate your availability for another person’s needs at that time. THEN YOU ARE TRULY EXPRESSING THE INEXPRESSIBLE. STAND TALL AND DO THE PROPER THING, EXPRESS THE INEXPRESSIBLE TO BENEFIT OTHERS.
TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, STAY HEALTHY. THANK YOU.

Wonderful post! I love what you said about love being the foundation of peace. We have some work to do in this world I’m afraid. I’ll try to do my part. Each of us, one at a time. 💜
