CONTROL SOME EMOTIONS…Winnegrad

The EMOTIONS; anger, sadness, grief, pensiveness, fear, and fright. These Emotions if excessive can affect the body. It is known that if one of these EMOTIONS is too much in the brain, the brain will pass off that excessiveness to the weakest part of the body. Such as the neck, back, arm etc. producing pain in one of those sites.

One therefore needs an accurate perception of the EMOTION and not allow it to control their inner clarity. One must not let their eye or mind go outward to material things or other people’s wrong perception. TO CONTROL ONE’S EMOTIONS, make sure the desires are under control and not the perception of another. Be free of the desire for superfluous possessions, free of the desire for praise or fear of blame, or that results in great personal power. Those who have strong uncontrolled EMOTIONS have limited possibilities, because of the pain that develops so that the negative EMOTIONS are hidden in the unconscious brain. Those who are not CONTROLLED BY THEIR EMOTIONS can experience a lot in life.

When any of the negative EMOTIONS surface talk to yourself, out loud, that way the EMOTION is minimized. If you are embarrassed to talk out loud to yourself, then carry a little “Teddy Bear” and talk to it.

TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, ALWAYS STAY HEALTHY. HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.
