It is difficult to stop. It is so hard to stop when you have so much to do. Constantly fighting the clock. Let us think back , way back. Think back to a time when you were committed to stop. When you had adventures with friends, or enjoyed a favorite hobby. You forgot all about the time. Looking back now you can see that possibly they were the best times of your life. Forgetting about time can significantly affect the joys of your life. Joseph Campbell said; “what did you do as a child, that created timelessness, that made you forget time. There lies the myth to live by.”

Thomas Edison said; “Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.” Inspiration is also the best of time. It can be relaxing and fun. Fun things are thought of. The perspiration can be doubt. But when the 1% is done properly there is no need for the perspiration. Allow the inspiration to be free from perspiration and just enjoy the moment and do not consider the time. It is always the PRESENT, not the past or future. There’s an expression I used before; Think of the present, not the past or future. This will give you time to ENJOY SOME TIME.
