“ZOMBIE THINKING”…S. Poole, Winnegrad

“ZOMBIE THINKING” is where certain ideas are dead wrong and you can try to kill them, but they just will not die. An idea will have a good chance of hanging around as a “ZOMBIE” if it BENEFITS AN INFLUENTIAL GROUP OF PEOPLE. Somerset Maugham said; “If fifty million people say something foolish, it is still foolish.”

Because of this “ZOMBIE THINKING” we have individuals afraid to be vulnerable, empathetic, loving and just being a decent human. Showing decent human traits to others not only benefits the people that receive them. It has been shown to benefit the ones supplying those traits in a big way. So why are you being a “ZOMBIE”?

Yes, there may be one person here and there to take advantage of your generosity. Instead, look at the ones who will benefit and show you gratitude. Receiving gratitude from another is a feeling that can not be put into words. The emotion is so powerful, words can not express that emotion.

Look at the “ZOMBIE THINKING” people around you. Do they exhibit happiness? Do they exhibit satisfaction? Do they show any gratitude? Or are they looking constantly to shield what they have, to be protective of what they value? PROTECTING THE STATUS QUO WITH NO GROWTH MIND-SET is “ZOMBIE THINKING.”

Enjoy life, open your heart to everyone and do not be a “ZOMBIE.”

Don’t be a “ZOMBIE THINKER”. Open your heart to everyone. Walk the path of a decent person and avoid those “ZOMBIES.”

TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, STAY HEALTHY. THANK YOU.
