THE POWER TO COMMUNICATE … D.Roam, Winnegrad

IBM says; that 90% of all data collected in history has been generated in the last two years. And Cisco says; that 90% of all data transmitted online today is visual, from Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat. Good images clarify complexity and inspire insight and emotion. If you want to enter just about any conversation today, you need to be visual too. The mind becomes intensely attentive when an image is involved. You can sell your idea better by being more compelling with a visual image.

We are hardwired for storytelling since the caveman days. The paintings or images in the caves told a story before the spoken language existed. Images are our oldest technology. Now it has come back with a vengeance. The images help you clarify your vision and share it so others see where you want to go. When you see something that makes sense to you, it lodges in your brain and activates your emotion and memory in a way that words never will. We all sometimes experience the sensation of being at a loss of words, while having an emotional response to something. You can persuade more effectively with an image than with anything else. You have THE POWER TO COMMUNICATE. Most people think more in pictures than through words. By activating a person’s visual mind you are giving their brain exactly what it wants; a clear picture of your emotion or idea, stripped of as many words as possible.

Pictures increase awareness, and that improves clarity, comprehension and above all communication. When you understand your visual mind, you give yourself a magnificent gift; THE POWER TO COMMUNICATE.

Uniting the image with smell is an exciting frontier for marketing a fragrance. Vision goes directly to the Thalamus which is connected to the Limbic system, where smell and emotion goes directly. This is the oldest part of the brain, where there is no capacity for words. Smell triggers an emotional rather than a rational response.  So let’s take advantage of having vision, emotion and smell in the same place and therefore giving us THE POWER TO COMMUNICATE.

To communicate simply, using pictures, is our most powerful weapon. Use THE POWER TO COMMUNICATE, to work faster and smarter. CREATE AN EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE.
