Just DREAM IT, it is within you. Greatness, success, expertise is inside us all. It is up to a teacher, mentor or colleague to assist you in attaining this skill that is within you. That DREAM can be a reality if we prepare for the moment.

The preparation is an arduous road of sacrifice, giving up time to constant deliberate practice. This road is to be constant throughout one’s career, even when the DREAM is achieved. Greatness, success and expertise is momentary. One has to keep learning throughout one’s career, to keep the DREAM alive.

Skill alone will not bring the DREAM to a reality. Humility, KEEPING THE CUP EMPTY, so you are constantly learning will assist you in bringing the DREAM closer. BELIEF in yourself and your colleagues will assist you in bringing the DREAM closer. SHARING your knowledge with others will assist you in bringing the DREAM closer. Taking a RISK from time to time, or else you will sit with your DREAM unrealized.

All of this is within your control. THIS IS YOUR MOMENT IN TIME, TAKE IT. The DREAM, the SKILL, the POSSIBILITY is already within you. You are totally in control of bringing your DREAM to a reality.
