BUILDING INTUITION…Winnegrad

Through research it has been found that many years of repetition and constant feedback are essential for INTUITIVE LEARNING. Repetition develops habit, which develops knowledge, which then permits INTUITION to function.

Whatever skill you wish to develop requires this process. A process that should be utilized within the entire career that one pursues. As one develops INTUITION, less energy is used by the brain. Which therefore gives the individual, more energy, to enable one to be more creative.

To do this training process you need to CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE OF TRUST. Your spirit needs to believe in your training and yourself.  Treat yourself with respect if you want others to do the same. Do not be superficial with your training, yourself or with others.

YOU DO NOT KNOW ALL THAT YOU ARE CAPABLE OF. IT IS A PROCESS. If you neglect your potential talents and your relationships, they will waste away. If you follow the method, you will constantly replenish yourself by performing repetition on a daily basis. YOU MUST CONSTANTLY REINFORCE YOUR PERISHABLE SKILLS TO BUILD INTUITION.

Lao TZU believed that INTUITION, which is WISDOM, is the PUREST form of information. So make the COMMITMENT to yourself and walk with the process so that you eventually WALK WITH INTUITION, THE ELUSIVE WISDOM.

Once you have knowledge through repetition, INTUITION predominates. DO NOT THINK, LET THE INTUITION PREVAIL. By thinking on something that you have developed INTUITION on, you give power to your prefrontal cortex. Your prefrontal cortex will challenge your INTUITION and make you change your mind. Your prefrontal cortex wants to be the CEO of the brain. YOUR SKILLED INTUITION IS MORE POWERFUL.

ALWAYS BE CONFIDENT.

  1. By starting each day with consistent dedication to spiritual intention and practice; morning meditation mantras of ego liberation, positivity, love, service, gratitude, and have an opportunity; a gift from the Creator, to be the change in the world I would like to see. Practice as the river flows, and intuition may illuminate my Path.
