If you communicate what you BELIEVE, what you FEEL, you will then attract others that are willing to have TRUST in what you BELIEVE in. Decisions that attract others are usually based on FEELINGS and BEHAVIOR not on some analytical, rational decision. IT IS NOT WHAT YOU DO, IT IS WHY YOU DO IT.
Martin Luther King said I BELIEVE, that then built a following. He did not say I have a plan. That kind of leader MOTIVATES others, because they WANT TO not because they HAVE TO. A person will follow not because their needs are fulfilled but they will follow because they BELIEVE as you BELIEVE.
As stated in previous posts; The limbic system of the brain contains FEELINGS, TRUST, BEHAVIOR, EMOTION and INTUITIVE DECISION MAKING. That is the WHY portion of the brain. The neocortex contains RATIONAL, ANALYTIC and LANGUAGE. That is the WHAT and HOW of the brain.
For it to be necessary for others to WALK with you they have to BELIEVE in what you BELIEVE. We enter the FEELINGS and thoughts of others through BELIEF and EMPATHY. Then TRUST, FEELINGS, BEHAVIOR will develop into INSPIRATION. The INSPIRATION AND BELIEF will enable you to carry your PURPOSE OR PRINCIPLE to another level.
INTUITIVE DECISION MAKING IS A MATTER OF A FEELING, A TRUST, A BELIEF. THE INSPIRATION FOLLOWS WITH THE BELIEF. TO BE WITH A BELIEF AND EXPRESS YOUR BELIEF IS VERY POWERFUL.
SO LET US BE POWERFUL, BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN.
