BE A BELIEVER, BE A BELIEVER OF TRUTH, BE A STORYTELLER OF TRUTH. W. Benjamin said regretfully; “the traditional side of truth, WISDOM, is dying out.” He attributes this to the rise of unconsidered and plentiful information.

We move from data to information to knowledge to WISDOM. We have to be careful to not mistake information for knowledge. Illusory happiness has to be avoided. Each category of intelligence has to be respected. It can be seductive to assume that data is really knowledge. Or that information is, indeed WISDOM. Or that knowledge can exist without data. How easy one can disguise itself as another. We must always keep in mind that WISDOM without knowledge, WISDOM without any data, is just a thought, a fancy. BE MINDFUL OF THE REASONING YOU CHOOSE.

Misinformation-driven erosions of WISDOM has increased today because of all the artificial intelligence. We have to find the deepest truths to keep us in contact with reality. We have to make a strong effort to avoid confusing data with information and knowledge with hunches. That kind of perspective bias can be an obstacle. If some teaching goes against REASON, we should not accept it. THE REASONING WE CHOOSE SHOULD BE BASED ON THOROUGH INVESTIGATION ON THE FACTS AND THE DATA GIVEN TO US.

THE REASONING YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE IS A HARD WON HONOR. OUR REASONING SHOULD ALWAYS BE BASED ON TRUE FACTS.
