Some of these posts have spoken to you about being; PUBLIC-SPIRITED, COLLABORATIVE, TEAMPLAYER, UNIFYING OF EVERYONE IN A COMMON GOAL, and being a “WE” person. The POSSIBILITY OF GREAT CHANGE is now upon us all. It is the beginning, but it is coming from a group that we should all hitch our wagons to. That gathering of persons are the “DELTA” OR “Z” GENERATION.

They are post-millennial from mid 1990’s to the mid 2000’s. They are called the “DELTA” GENERATION because, in mathematics “DELTA” is used to DENOTE CHANGE. In a 2016 study the “DELTA” GENERATION have been found to be; COMPASSIONATE, THOUGHTFUL, OPENMINDED, RESPONSIBLE, LOYAL and WANTING TO CHANGE THE WORLD. It was also found that they love to interact with others and willing to share information better than previous generations. This has been shown in a 2017 study that the “DELTA’s” are 40% less inclined to use Facebook, texting, and other forms of social media.

The “DELTA” GENERATION is willing to unite everyone together. They do not let differences divide them, they are conscious of UNIFYING EVERYONE IN A COMMON GOAL. So there is definitely hope for the future, a peaceful unity for all. Yes, hopefully the “DELTA” GENERATION will bring people together on the streets, in the schools and in the workplace.

Their passion for UNIFYING OF EVERYONE IN A COMMON GOAL is so reassuring to see that the future is and will be in their POWER. How eloquent the “DELTA” GENERATION presents themselves. I, as a dinosaur, am happy.  No, overjoyed that THE FUTURE, FOR EVERYONE, IS THE “DELTA” GENERATION.

LET US ALL START TO FOLLOW THEIR LEAD NOW, AND BE THE NEW FUTURE. JUST SAY YES, AND BE A “PSEUDO DELTA.”
