THE LESSONS ARE THERE, it is within our history. We are aware that history is a good educator. We should be taking advantage of the wisdom of our past leaders. I do hope that the wisdom of these past four leaders will resonate with everyone. Here are some of their quotes.

Sitting Bull; “Let us put our minds together and see what life we can make for our children.”

“Each man is good in the sight of the Great Spirit. It is not necessary for eagles to be crows.”

Cochise; “You must speak straight so that your words may go as sunlight into our hearts.”

Geronimo; “We are all children of one God.”

Chief Joseph; “All people were made by the same Great Spirit Chief. They are all brothers and sisters. All people should have equal rights.”

Why are these words and thoughts hidden in books? Why are these words and thoughts not taught in schools. THE LESSONS ARE THERE.  Why are we so blind to the obvious? Those words are beautifully said . The feeling and EMPATHY is so painfully obvious. THE LESSONS ARE THERE.

Let us all reflect on those precious words from those wise leaders. Then talk to others on what messages the quotes say. Spread the word. THE LESSONS ARE THERE. HOW CAN ANYONE DISPUTE THAT “WE ARE ALL CHILDREN OF ONE GOD.” Or “….EACH MAN IS GOOD IN THE SIGHT OF THE GREAT SPIRIT. IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR EAGLES TO BE CROWS.” Or  “…WHAT LIFE CAN WE MAKE FOR OUR CHILDREN.” Yes, THE LESSONS ARE THERE. Now is the time to spread the word
