Most cities and towns remove the TRASH two times a week. So we should EMPTY THE TRASH FROM OUR; intellect, thought, perception, ego, judgment and reasoning. In other words our MINDS. Yes, believe it or not we can accumulate TRASH in our MINDS. So let us two times a week EMPTY THE TRASH.
We can accumulate TRASH in our MINDS by just not having enough SELF-RESPECT and SELF-LOVE. DOUBTING WHO WE ARE, DOUBTING WHAT KIND OF TRACKS WE ARE LEAVING IN THE PATH OF LIFE CAN DEFINITELY ACCUMULATE TRASH IN ONE’S MIND. TRASH is; nonsense, waste, junk and worthless. With this TRASH in one’s MIND, a person could tend to be without HUMILITY, COMPASSION and a willing to ASSIST others. We should be proud of our tracks. They are what make us individuals. We have to EMPTY THE TRASH two times a week so as to not let the NONSENSE accumulate. TWICE A WEEK WE must go through our MINDS and make sure we demonstrate the COURAGE of HUMILITY, COMPASSION and ASSISTANCE on our path of life. Eliminating NONSENSE from our MINDS will open up our CREATIVITY in any field of endeavor we are in. SO, TAKE OUT THE TRASH.
We must not let our EGO grow in the path of life. That is a negative protection when we have a lack of SELF-RESPECT/SELF-LOVE. YOU CAN WALK THE PATH OF LIFE EASILY WITH THE TOOLS OF HUMILITY, COMPASSION AND GIVING ASSISTANCE. It is easy to walk this way when we TAKE OUT THE TRASH TWICE A WEEK. TALKING TO ANOTHER ABOUT YOUR THOUGHTS OR TALKING YOUR THOUGHTS OUT LOUD TO YOURSELF IS A GOOD WAY TO TAKE OUT THE TRASH.
TAKE CARE, ALWAYS STAY WELL, ALWAYS STAY HEALTHY.

Perhaps the fist step in the removal of trash, is to recognize what exactly the trash is.
To be self reflective may not be as easy when we are run it’s fast as we can.
A wise man told me the power and benefits of meditation. Maybe after we have rose moments to relax, reflect, and clear our minds, we take a little time to rid ourselves of our “trash”.
Life is a gift and what we do with it, how we treat it, and how we share it makes a big difference to all.
Ron. You are such an inspiration

Thank you for the reminder of this…I enjoy the practice of emptying the trash when I know the trash is there…awareness of that which is no longer of service to one’s well-being can be emptied more frequently and in smaller quantities, thus easier to let go of (small trash loads)…keeping one’s being without such impediments, maintaining higher vibrations, energy, and vitality…”empty the cup” and allow the gifts of the moment to flow with every breath.
Love you.
