We are at times prisoners of our own mind, because we are now and then misinformed with our THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS. If we investigate the accuracy of our THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS we can expand our vision. We must remember that we are more, much more than our THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS. We have to challenge our THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS over and over. THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS can determine our feelings, which in turn determine our actions. So it serves us well which THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS to give weight to. We must constantly challenge our THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS with true and accurate facts. This way we are not hooked on falseness.

We must be hard-working, diligent, studious and preserving to come upon a true fact.  There are many sources to mislead us into falsely trusting our THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS. WE must be absolutely persevering in sorting out the truth from the false. THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS are constantly flowing through our brains. It is so important for those THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS to be anchored to a solid foundation, so that we can go through life with very few disappointments.

To relate to the world we must speak and act with HONESTY, COMPASSION and LOVE. What can assist us to speak and act as such is to BE CERTAIN THAT OUR THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS HAVE BEEN ANALYZED WELL. It is something that we must persist in, every moment of the day. THEN OUR THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS WILL GIVE US A REWARDING WAY OF LIFE.
