LET IT BE FOUND…Winnegrad

“There is a light within oneself waiting to be FOUND by another,” said J. Baldwin. The light is easily seen when one shows concern, or interest, in another person. One never experiences loneliness if they allow their light to shine, or exist. To focus on your light while meditating; WHEN YOU BREATH IN, THINK OF THE WORD “LOVE” AND WHEN YOU BREATH OUT, THINK OF THE WORD “GRATITUDE”. With that rhythm of concentration, eventually the light will shine. THE LIGHT WILL BE SEEN.

Be the lighthouse for your family, friends, colleagues, community, the world and LET IT BE FOUND. The light within contains your EMPATHY, COMPASSION, UNDERSTANDING, PATIENCE and LOVE. Be proud of the fact that you possess such beautiful features. Such a gift, LET IT BE FOUND.

Most people are looking to share such wonderful special characteristics. Let yours be seen, LET IT BE FOUND, that wonderful light within. Share your light within with everyone. Guide others, be the lighthouse. Be the one starting others on their voyage by showing your light. Being the lighthouse you guide others to safety. That in itself is extremely rewarding. The GRATITUDE you receive is very special. LET OTHERS FIND THE LIGHT WITHIN YOU.

TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, STAY HEALTHY. HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.

  1. Beautiful! It reminds me of a song from very long ago that we sang in Sunday school – This little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine, let it shine, let it shine, let it shine!

Thank you for helping me bring that memory forth. It made me smile.
