DO NOT RUSH TO THE FUTURE…M.Popova, Winnegrad

Seneca said; “nothing is ours, except time.” Time is what we are. With a full living in the present, each day we must cherish the LITTLE JOYS OF LIFE. We must be more attentive and appreciative of the present. Happiness begets happiness. We have to keep our sight on beauty, wonder and delight. We should be GRATEFUL for all our BLESSINGS. We must not romanticize the past, but we should gather our KNOWLEDGE and use our patience, perseverance, courage, empathy and care for others to assist them for their futures. Doing as such will bring comfort and JOY for us all.

Let us remember, that what animates any given life is LOVE. The LOVE of partners, of family, of children, of friends, of flowers, of books, of music and this whole CRAZY WORLD. To be constantly too busy to notice the constant signs of LOVE is the enemy of JOY. Most people’s “to-do daily list” lends to one’s feeling like a thoroughly incomplete person. Do not blame the internet, technology, work, JUST LOOK IN THE MIRROR. The most dangerous enemy of JOY is the hurry-hurry pressure of work in our life. SEEK OUT THE LITTLE JOYS.

Instead of rushing through a museum for one hour, spend that hour looking at one masterpiece. The JOY that you will receive would be endless, A TOTAL FULFILLMENT. Being too busy to appreciate what is around you IS TOTALLY ABSURD. TIME IS YOU. ENJOY!!

TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, ALWAYS STAY HEALTHY. ALWAYS HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.
