The happiness of being alive is apparent in the SENSES found in the limbic system of the brain and found in the soul. The SENSE of smell, hearing, sight, touch, emotions and memories. These SENSES make up the original part of the brain. They are connected to the soul which is comprised of intuition, peace, trust and empathy. The SENSES are totally the existence of being. These SENSES help us live with the imperfections of life. Using the SENSES properly will always bring joy.

Walk through the woods periodically and you will WAKE UP YOUR SENSES. Your SENSE of smell, hearing, sight, emotions, peace, trust and empathy will be AWAKENED. If there is no wooded area close by then hug a lone tree on the street and converse with that tree. No tree nearby, look at the sunrise or the sunset, absorb the feeling and WAKE UP THE SENSES. Look at the birds, enjoy the nearby dog walking, WAKE UP THE SENSES. The feeling of joy will prevail when THE SENSES ARE AWAKENED. 

Walk the streets, the area. Doing as such and a smile will develop on the face. Others seeing your smile will smile in turn. How nice you AWAKENED THE SENSES OF OTHERS. That joy is indescribable, absorb it.

  1. For me, there is no place quite as lovely as the woods. The peace it brings to me is pure heaven. And yes, it does bring a smile to my face.
