We all have THOUGHTS IN THE HEAD. Some of these THOUGHTS can be from one’s childhood. Constant negative criticism from parents, sisters, brothers. Or they can be more recent negative criticism. We must not let our minds pull us into these NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. When these THOUGHTS consume your attention take several deep breathes to release the THOUGHTS..
We have control over these THOUGHTS that criticize us, antagonize us, berates us. We can free ourselves and soften the THOUGHTS by observing the words. Doing this we have to be patient. In time the THOUGHTS can be controlled. Remember these THOUGHTS have been with us for a long time.
THESE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ARE NOT US, WHO ARE WE? THE ONE WHO SEES THAT THE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ARE NOT US. Do not let others control you or make you into what you are not meant to be. When another berates or antagonizes you, you become not you by letting the THOUGHTS control you. YOU ARE THE PERSON THAT SEES THAT THE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ARE NOT YOU.
OUR THOUGHTS are powerful. Everyone has TWO WOLVES inside them one is the GOOD WOLF (peace, love, kindness) and the other is the BAD WOLF (self-pity, greed, anger). We have to be deliberate on which WOLF we nurture. Feed the GOOD WOLF and we nurture our good thoughts. Then the GOOD WOLF will be more habitual. Pay attention to which WOLF is demanding attention. THEN MINDFULLY ALWAYS FEED THE GOOD WOLF.
TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, STAY HEALTHY. HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.
