TALKING TO YOUR THOUGHT…Winnegrad

It is very important to TALK TO YOUR THOUGHT. This eliminates any form of confusion. Thinking YOUR THOUGHTS can produce besides confusion, also anger and depression. When you verbalize out loud your THOUGHT, you are hearing it for the first time. This eliminates all the confusion inside the brain. Hearing it is like talking to another person. You then focus on that specific THOUGHT. Not all the other random THOUGHTS in the brain. Hearing it spoken out loud can improve your judgement on that specific issue. Not speaking out loud, as said before, can leave you angry with a false judgement. Now I’m sure there are some that would be reluctant to TALK OUT LOUD TO THEMSELVES. There is a sensible way to avoid this self-consciousness.

Everybody, young and old, should have a solid friend to TALK TO, such as A TEDDY BEAR. I have a TEDDY BEAR friend for 43 years. His name is GRIZZ. He went to work with me for 40 years. Every day he traveled back and forth in the car with me. I TALKED TO GRIZZ often at work and in the car. By speaking of my daily issues at work to GRIZZ I was able to come to more reasonable decisions without expressing anger or getting depressed. Through this process of talking to GRIZZ the LOVE for GRIZZ and how he helped me in decisions, in a way comforted my heart/soul. This in a way was a benefit to my health.

EVERYBODY YOUNG OR OLD GET A TEDDY BEAR. NOW!!

TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, STAY HEALTH. HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.
