Here are two different PERSPECTIVES, which one do you feel describes you? So, one is insensitive, cruel, callous, ruthless, unfeeling. The other is sensitive, courage, love, honor, philosophy, culture, spiritual being and heart. I am sure most people, if not all, would respond and identify with the second PERSPECTIVE. The first PERSPECTIVE is SOULLESS. The second PERSPECTIVE is SOUL. So what I am saying is do not just identify with the SOUL quality. Present it to others, demonstrate it to strangers, DEMONSTRATE IT TO EVERYONE. Carry your HEART/SOUL so everyone can see and hear it.

If you have to be reminded on how to DEMONSTRATE YOUR HEART/SOUL just play with a one to five year old child or a puppy. Then you will see the free flow of the HEART/SOUL. There are no children or puppies that have the qualities of cruel, insensitive, unfeeling. It is never too late to RELEARN those lovely qualities you once had. DEMONSTRATE THE HEAR/SOUL qualities without expecting anything in return You will see the return from others and will be amazed at the overwhelming warmth and love returned.
