“THE BEST FIGHTER IS NEVER ANGRY,” said Lao Tzu. FIGHTING never solves any problem. One that is good at FIGHTING knows that talking, reasoning, listening to the other person is a better and more permanent way to solve a disagreement.
When I was a child, I knew a child that had a father who was a professional boxer. The child was trained by his dad to learn how to box. One day the father found out his son had a street FIGHT with another boy. His son beat the other boy. The father took his son down to the basement, put the gloves on with his son and taught him a lesson. He said, “this will teach you not to FIGHT someone with less experience than you.” As in Karate, having that knowledge helps you to avoid any kind of FIGHT.
So, as Lao Tzu said “no need to get angry.” The brain is much stronger than all the muscles together in the body. So use the most strength, the brain, and avoid FIGHTING. Discuss the issue and reason out the problem with the brain. To reason is to be intelligent, sensible, logical. “THERE ARE TWO THINGS IN LIFE TO MAKE A HABIT OF— TO HELP OTHERS, OR AT LEAST DO NO HARM,” said Hippocrates.
ALWAYS TAKE CARE, ALWAYS STAY WELL, ALWAYS STAY HEALTHY. ALWAYS HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.
