FAILURE IS…Dr. Julie Smith, Winnegrad

There is a difference between not being good enough and not being ready yet. This is not FAILURE. Remember FAILURE is something we encounter, not something we become. FAILURE is just an experience not at all a personality trait. FAILURE should only be looked at as a TEACHER. When someone FAILS at something that person is presented with an opportunity, a chance to learn and move on to KNOWLEDGE. So we have to remember to never allow our minds or anyone else say that “you are a loser.” We must embrace every effort as a learning experience.

If we learn from FAILURES as well as victories then we will develop CONFIDENCE. To build CONFIDENCE, we must be willing to risk FAILURE. Remember, FAILURE is a necessary part of the learning process. It does not say anything about one’s worthiness as a human. FAILURE just tells you what to work on next. FAILURE just shows that one is not ready yet. WHEN COMMITED TO EFFORT THERE IS GOOD POTENTIAL FOR IMPROVEMENT. Always focus on your commitment to courage, effort, and going forward to the next challenge.

TAKE CARE, STAY WELL, STAY HEALTHY. HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.
