Work on the present, focus on the present with no keeping watch on the future. With that in mind, YOU ARE OKAY! The present is the time to repair the past and prepare for the future. As long as the earth is still spinning, YOU ARE OKAY!

Just be “coolheaded.” A “coolheaded” person is stoic, emotionally controlled, never eager or needy, but instead mysterious and self-possessed. Remember the earth is still spinning, you are “coolheaded” and YOU ARE OKAY! If you are guided by your own independent, self-sufficient values you are definitely “coolheaded,” you are definitely in the present, definitely YOU ARE OKAY, because the earth is still spinning.

Having this awareness of focusing on the present, possessing the characteristics of a “coolheaded” person and being conscious of the earth still spinning you will earn DIGNITY. A DIGNITY that has a presence that commands respect.
