PERSONAL VIRTUES…Black Elk, Winnegrad

Black Elk was a spiritual elder from the Dakota People, he was known as a Shaman. He felt that everyone will prosper if they followed the road to the TREE OF LIFE. The PERSONAL VIRTUES, the POWERS that we should strive for are WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE, and GIFT.

When one acquires the WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE you then use them as a GIFT. SHARING them with others is the GIFT that you give. You then will succeed in life. Using the three PERSONAL VIRTUES properly you will gain more WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE. If one keeps the KNOWLEDGE and WISDOM for themselves, they tend to speak shallow.

If bad words come to you, you should let them exit your other ear never your mouth. If it comes out of your mouth it is going to hurt somebody, and then that hurt will come back to you TWICE. Always be HUMBLE. Also try to avoid the words; IF, BUT and MAYBE. They tend to weaken the mind.

Black Elk says to always try to do good all the time. REMEMBER OTHERS FIRST. As when you have food always look for an elder or orphan first. Also WHEN YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OR WISDOM ALWAYS LOOK FOR THOSE THAT CAN USE ASSISTANCE. REMEMBER THE GIFT.

Always try to possess PATIENCE, ENDURANCE and COURAGE and that will lead you into a person of the EARTH, A PERSON OF HUMILITY. Remember PATIENCE, ENDURANCE and COURAGE is always within you. Always assist others, pick them up until they can get on their feet again. THAT IS WHY YOU ARE HERE. DO IT FROM THE HEART.

THE RULES OF NATURE; THE PERSONAL VIRTUES OF WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE AND GIFT ARE WITHIN US ALL. SHOW IT TO OTHERS.
