CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN…Winnegrad

YOU CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN TO SEE THE WORLD. YOU DO NOT CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN SO THE WORLD CAN SEE YOU. There are those that feel that they have reached the TOP and should be considered experts in their respective fields. Some demand it in their everyday actions. They believe that they are being, or should be, SEEN BY THE WORLD as experts. We all should be aware that THE TOP OF ONE MOUNTAIN CAN BE THE BOTTOM OF THE NEXT MOUNTAIN. So one must always, purposefully keep climbing.

Everyone is climbing to the TOP, so that is when you should SHARE the knowledge that you have acquired to ease the PROCESS for all. By SHARING you end up gaining more knowledge, which leads to WISDOM, and ASSISTS you and others to reach the next summit in a PARTNERSHIP. SHARING has you EARN the respect of others, which is more valuable than the MOUNTAIN TOP. This TEAMWORK, COLLABORATION, ASSISTS all to achieve the same goal. YOU DO NOT CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN SO THE WORLD CAN SEE YOU. YOU CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN TO SEE THE WORLD.

The JOY that you experience COLLABORATING with others is difficult to put into words. The view from that MOUNTAIN TOP you so set your goal on is wonderful to experience with your TEAMMATES standing by your side. How pleasing to observe others SHARING your path with the KNOWLEDGE that was SHARED by all, THIS IS MORE VALUABLE THAN GETTING TO THE MOUNTAIN TOP. Be a pathfinder start to SHARE. YOU CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN TO SEE THE WORLD.

NO ONE CLIMBS THE MOUNTAIN ALONE. WE ALL NEED THE ASSISTANCE OF OTHERS.  SO, LET IT BE KNOWN YOU CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN TO SEE THE WORLD. YOU DO NOT CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN SO THE WORLD CAN SEE YOU.

SHOW YOUR PASSION IN THE PROPER WAY, DO NOT CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN ALONE.

  1. This blog should be part of the curriculum for every high school, college, and Grad school attendee. Energy spent on seeking recognition detracts from the learning and sharing of that knowledge with others.
It’s takes so much more effort to seek the recognition, rather than performing, creating and making wonderful new things actually happen.
It is extremely rare, or impossible to perform the extraordinary, without support and colleagues working with you…. this is true in business, as well as in meaningful relationships.
    Great blog, Ron Winnegrad

  2. The view gets better as we climb, striving to be our best self. In so doing, we can help others in demonstrating a way of well-being and compassion for all. As we climb, we appreciate the new views that come into range. Thank you for stirring up the beauty that this post stirs within me.
    Namaste ~
