As mentioned in an earlier post (THE VIRTUES OF BEING WOLFLIKE) the wolf has many of the characteristics of HUMANITY. Such as; RESPECT, LOYALTY, COOPERATION, MENTORING, HARMONY, SHARING KNOWLEDGE. With those attributes we can create our own path. WHO DO YOU WANT TO BE?  As the WOLF, we should always dedicate ourselves to making a better future for the next generation and our colleagues.

We all live in a PACK, we are not meant to live as a LONE WOLF. We will be successful by including all of our colleagues in our PROCESS. We must become VULNERABLE and share our CREATVITY, INNOVATION, KNOWLEDGE with our teammates. We must become LEADERS, reimagine the way we work and be VULNERABLE by bringing our ideas out into the open for all. WHO DO YOU WANT TO BE?

With these relationships we have HEARTS to guide. Here is where we can mold and guide the future generation. LEADERSHIP is within us all. We must EMPOWER others with the EXPERIENCE we have gained. LEADERSHIP is an inherent source to share. Do not wait for permission to LEAD, share your KNOWLEDGE. WHO DO YOU WANT TO BE?

Be GRATEFUL for the opportunity to SHARE your KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE. If you think about it every good thing that has come to us is because someone SHARED something with us. Go off the common path and PARTNER with all ASSOCIATES. Be one with a zero EGO and all HEART. Be determined to bring all this to life. Living with the PACK mentality, we will create a COLLECTIVE HEARBEAT. IT is time to change the landscape. WHO DO YOU WANT TO BE?

OUR LEGACY SHOULD BE THE HUMANITY THAT WE SHARE WITH ALL. THAT IS WHO YOU WANT TO BE!
