If it does not “FIT,” ALTER IT. Too many people cast away someone’s IDEA because it does not “FIT” their conception of the way to resolve a problem or situation. Sometimes you have outgrown the system or the system has outgrown you. Then you must ALTER YOUR PERSPECTIVE TO “FIT” so that everyone can work together.
If that is the situation, then COLLABORATE and take that IDEA and bring it up to the next level so that it will satisfy you and the others involved so that it “FITS” your and their reality. How many wonderful ideas have been discarded because they did not “FIT” the ideas of those with influence. Were they discarded because of EGO BIAS?
To “FIT” means; harmonious, suitable, correct, applicable. Something that is harmonious is in unison or cooperating. Harmonious would be something that would “FIT” all involved. Obviously the “FIT” would not be perfect but again we have to think of everyone involved. Everyone has to give a little to allow the “FIT” for all.
It is time for a shared “FIT,” a popular “FIT.” Let us all work together, SHARE NEW INNOVATIVE IDEAS and make the result “FIT.” NEVER COMPROMISE ON THE CREATIVITY. Make the new perspective “FIT.”
Everybody wears something that does not “FIT” but they are comfortable and happy with the “FIT.” WE should always consider the well being of all. REMEMBER, the “FIT” is secondary, the CREATIVITY AND THE UNIFYING OF EVERYONE IS OF VALUE.
I AM SURE THAT YOU HAVE SOMETHING IN THE CLOSET THAT YOU CHERISH, AND IT DOES NOT “FIT.” BUT YOU STILL WEAR IT.
WORK TOGETHER, ALTER THE IDEA SO THAT THE “FIT” IS COMFORTABLE FOR ALL, WITHOUT GOING TO A CONFORMITY AND ABSOLUTELY KEEPING THE INNOVATIVENESS OF THE IDEA.
