EMOTIONAL HIJACKING…Winnegrad

Let go of things that you are fixated on in your mind that are upsetting to you. When we are caught up in worries of the past and future we are not in the present. We are allowing our EMOTIONS TO BE HIJACKED. THIS SEIZURE OF THE EMOTIONS IS A FORM OF TERRORISM. It is better to stay in the present and fix the past and do not allow the future to HIJACK YOUR EMOTIONS. Managing the present you can possibly rectify, or amend, the past and prepare for a good future. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR EMOTIONS TO BE HIJACKED.

ALLOWING YOUR EMOTIONS TO BE HIJACKED does put obstacles in one’s actions toward others. Such as; ASSISTING them in their troubles, giving them your time of intently listening with COMPASSION, just basically not demonstrating LOVE and COMPASSION. Doing as such, missing out on those aspects you miss out on one of the biggest JOYS of life. ANOTHER PERSONS GRATITUDE. Another person expressing GRATITUDE is truly a bright ray of sunshine. It is truly a GIFT. So do not perform self-terrorism and make an effort to stay in the PRESENT. Always walk with the sunshine.

Yes, it can be difficult to avoid EMOTIONAL HIJACKING. It takes STRENGTH and effort but the rewarding GRATITUDE is every bit worth it. THE PRESENT IS WHERE YOU ARE. STAY THERE.

TAKE CARE, ALWAYS STAY WELL, ALWAYS STAY HEALTHY. ALWAYS HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.
