Joseph Marshall III, a Native American, illustrates the definition for TEAMWORK as “ A bow without the arrow is of no use, likewise for the arrow. One without the other is NO BALANCE. One cannot fulfill its purpose without the other.” WHAT MATTERS IS THE MUTUAL PURPOSE THEY FULFILL. TEAMWORK brings out the difficult virtue of a person,  HUMILITY. To travel the journey of life, sharing thoughts and ideas, with others will bring happiness and JOY to you.

TEAMWORK is so important in life, the SATISFACTION comes from the journey and the achievement should be secondary. Failure we can do alone, success always takes help. A star wants to see themselves rise to the top. A leader wants to see those around them become stars. An African proverb says; “To go fast, go alone. To go far, go TOGETHER.”

Performing a common cause shows the Creator we are fulfilling our obligation to always ASSIST OTHERS. To make this world better, everyone has to ASSIST others. That is why we are here.  SO, LET’S TRAVEL TOGETHER NOW.
