THE REALITY OF HOPE…Winnegrad

HOPE PUSHES US TO TAKE ACTION AND GIVES US THE POWER TO CREATE REALITY. Engaging  in different experiences can improve well-being. It has been shown that experiencing diversity gives HOPE and positive effects. Positive emotions are acquired when an individual exposes themselves to novelty and to new experiences. These new experiences gives a spiral effect upward for days later. This produces lasting benefits of positive emotions and HOPE.

HOPE IS A POWER WITHIN EVERYBODY, if one wishes to use it. HOPE is not a fantasy, it does not deny suffering and pain. You can accept the REALITIES of your situation and still live with the HOPE of living with that situation with positivity. HOPE is a perception of something that does yet exist. HOPE helps to keep the darkness away. No matter how dark the circumstance is there is always a source of light in that darkness, the sun, the moon, the stars, a friendly smile. They all are the REALITY OF HOPE. It is a power to create REALITY. This belief can make your goal a REALITY. HOPE is a way of thinking that pushes us to our goal. THAT POWER OF HOPE IS A BELIEF IN ONESELF. ACCEPT THAT POWER WITH GRACE AND GRATITUDE AND BE AN ANGEL OF HOPE.

THE REALITY OF HOPE can give us another step further within our situation. Walk with it do not give up on the POWER OF HOPE. With the glimmer of HOPE their will always be a smile on your face. ALWAYS BE THAT ANGEL OF HOPE.

ALWAYS TAKE CARE, ALWAYS STAY WELL, ALWAYS STAY HEALTHY. ALWAYS HAVE FAITH. THANK YOU.

  1. We could all use angels of hope these days but I guess we can choose to be that angel. Thanks for a much needed reminder of how to keep on when things are so dark.
