There is a belief that LAUGHTER can function as a helpful “virus.” That it can infect others. In folklore it is known that children LAUGH hundreds of times a day and adults barely a dozen. We all have to reclaim our childlike GIGGLING. It is necessary to pull our inner child out from our subconscious. LAUGHTER lowers stress hormones and boosts the immune system. Laughter also activates the Heart. It increases the Heart rate. It was found that it took ten minutes on a rowing machine to reach the Heart rate of a person LAUGHING for one minute. LAUGH is a social activity. Gathering with friends is necessary to have a HEALTHY LAUGH.

LAUGHTER AND GIGGLING is a form of non-verbal empathy and that is highly contagious. LAUGHTER plays an important role in reducing stress. LAUGHING people are more creative. So, when in an environment of other people such as; walking on the street, in a restaurant, at work; SMILE, GIGGLE, CHUCKLE, LAUGH AND INFECT THEM WITH YOUR EMOTION. Realize you are aiding in other people’s HEALTH.

It is as if you are a doctor “infecting” others with JOY, HAPPINESS, EMPATHY AND JUST A WONDERFUL HEALTHY FEELING. DO NOT STOP GIGGLING, LAUGHING AND SMILING. INFECTING OTHERS WITH A LAUGH, EVENTUALLY THE WORLD WILL BE HEALTHY. KEEP SMILING.
