If you do not have kindness and love for yourself, how can you extend them to others? Too much focus on oneself leads to fear, insecurity and anxiety. Remember, you are part of a generation, you are not alone. Then you will get a sense of courage and purpose in life. Recognizing our own weaknesses and limitations can be very positive. THIS CAN LEAD TO WISDOM, for then you will develop effort.

There is a saying; When the spring bloom comes, where does it start? Does it start on the hilltop or down in the valley first? Growth begins in low places first. So similarly, if you remain HUMBLE, then there is the possibility to keep learning. ALWAYS BE A STUDENT.

The word HUMILITY comes from the Latin word for earth or soil; HUMUS. HUMILITY literally brings us back down to earth, sometimes with a thud. The all-too human traits of pride or ego many of us are not immune to. Arrogance comes from insecurity. HUMILITY is essential for any possibility of joy. We need one another for controlling and solving. HUMBLENESS is necessary.
