TO INSPIRE another is to; give an idea to another, to influence another, to motivate another. To influence or motivate can be done with a simple smile, a simple nod of the head. Sharing one’s knowledge, wisdom is gratifying to both parties. The giver attains more wisdom on seeing the use of the knowledge in a way that he did not think of. It is always a good feeling to observe one’s INSPIRATION brought to a higher, better level. How nice to see a seed that you plant grow into a mature plant.

What is even more important than seeing the mature plant is the BOND that is formed by the individuals involved. That EMOTIONAL union, or tie, develops a friendship.
